Work based Training & Assessing

We are always keen to hear from trainers who have a passion for training and assessing. Our trainers deliver customised, competency-based workplace traineeship, as well as campus based programs.

As a field trainer you will enjoy the independence of managing your own time and being accountable for your own territory. You will be able to use your high level communication skills to liaise with customers of all levels.

You will also be responsible for the expansion and management of the trainee base though the development and implementation of marketing strategies and the building of strong, service based customer relationships through effective people management.

Campus based Training & Assessing

As a campus based trainer and assessor, you will deliver face-to-face training, be responsible for program development and organise work placement for students.  You will be able to prepare written documentation and reports regularly.

You need to have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the qualification relevant to the industry you are applying for. We are always looking for candidates with the right qualification, industry experience and face-to-face training experience in Children’s Services, Aged Care and Training and Assessment.

Business Development

This role will suit an individual that is driven to perfection, won’t take no for an answer and demands the best for their clients. You will have experience in education (preferably traineeships and/or apprenticeships).

Administration/Student Support

As a member of our administration team, you will get various opportunities to utilise your diverse administration skills in a busy yet supportive environment. This role would suit a relationship orientated individual, who is able to thrive in a team environment. You must be self-motivated and able to maintain momentum and attention to detail in all tasks.

Administration roles include a broad range of responsibilities. These include reception duties, administrative responsibilities & support to 2-3 departments, mail management, student services etc.
