Early Childhood Trainer – Claire Bradley

Early Childhood Education has been a part of Claire’s life for the past 25 years. Prior to becoming an early childhood trainer, Claire worked in various roles within the industry, most recently finding the educational leader’s position the most rewarding. Being an educational leader Claire has been able to focus on mentoring and supporting students and co educators to develop their skills and play a vital role in the centres quality improvement.  

Claire is passionate about program planning, embracing the concept of scaffolding, and intentional teaching for the children. Language, literacy and storytelling is also an interest of Claire’s, which she draws upon when guiding students on how to promote shared conversations between children and educators. As an early childhood trainer and assessor, Claire has found the role at Selmar an exciting career move.

Claire holds a Certificate in Child Care Assistant, Diploma of Community Services Childcare,  Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
