Child Care Trainer – Justine Hardware

Justine Hardware is a multi-faceted child care trainer and educator, who has successfully fulfilled the dual role of childcare worker and director in various childcare centres. A former kindergarten teacher and room leader at childcare centres, Justine is a natural communicator who develops a good rapport with children and parents. She has experience in designing individual and developmentally appropriate programmes, as well as programming for children with special needs.

In the role of centre director at different sized centres and a variety management groups, she has acted as an area manager. Justine has operated as many as 10 centres at a time, ensuring their effectiveness and commercial viability. With this experience, we’re proud to announce that Justine has recently taken up the role of Regional Manager – East.

Justine has the expertise and hands-on experience to make her an asset as a child care trainer.

Qualifications: Certificate III in Children’s Services, Diploma in Children’s Services, Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
